The Thomas Empowerment Foundation was formed in 2021 as a means of giving back and helping to galvanize the change agents of this world. The specific objectives of this foundation are:
We were formed in Las Vegas and engage in local and national interests. We are always open to partnering with other like-minded philanthropists and organizations.
Thomas Empowerment Foundation is proud to be one of the sponsors of We Move in Color, a musical revue that conveys the inspirational and colorful story of the African American journey through immersive art, music, dance, and poetry. Launched in October 2022 in Boston, this dazzling, live theatrical production bundles a history lesson with a promising view of the future...all wrapped in a medium that is both entertaining and inspiring.
We stand shoulder to shoulder with the Boston Mayor's Office of Arts and Culture, TJX (TJMaxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Sierra, Winners, HomeSense, TKMaxx), and other sponsors to bring this important narrative to the masses. We Move in Color has also partnered with Berklee College of Music Africana Studies and Tufts University - The Africana Center.
With our collective background in non-profit, corporate and artistic spaces, the Thomas Empowerment Foundation believes strongly that it is our duty to share our knowledge and resources with others. We know all too well the challenges and frustrations of having limited information which can impede opportunities. We also know that many of the world's greatest visionaries may lack resources in order to launch their endeavors.
That's why we want to be a conduit and to teach others what we have learned, sometimes the hard way. We help set people on a path to success.
